PLEASE BE SPECIFIC AND PRECISE WITH THE NAMES OF THE CHARTS YOU ORDER, AS STATING THE INCORRECT NAME MAY MEAN YOU GET THE WRONG CHART!

Ordering Charts:
Send an email with your choice of charts to lady.kell.smurthwaite@gmail.com
You will be sent a Paypal invoice for the total amount payable. The PDF chart(s) will be emailed to you at the email address shown on your Paypal account (unless you request that your order be sent to another specified email address) when notification comes through that the payment has been made.

Payment:
Payment is by PayPal only.

Delivery:
All the cross stitch patterns listed are in PDF format and will be sent by email as soon after Paypal payment has been confirmed as possible – this is usually within just a few hours. Please be patient – I can only send the files when I am at home, and I do actually have a life which involves looking after two very boisterous little boys and actually leaving the house from time to time. Unless there is some major technical glitch, you will receive the email containing your PDF files within 24 hours of confirmation of payment (and if there is a problem, I will be in touch to let you know!), but more often than not, you’ll have the file(s) within a couple of hours.

Refunds/Exchanges:
Orders for PDF charts are non-refundable, however if there is a problem with a PDF chart or you are unable to open the file, again, please contact me and I will do everything I can to solve the problem. If you accidentally delete your chart, please contact me and I will be happy to email you a replacement.
